Appreciated how the cheap and reasonably large deluxe quadruple room with a/c was arranged when we arrived. The location was magnificent, not too far from old town.

The double room with a view, facilities worked for us. Excellent very central location, adjacent to taxi or tours, in a beautiful location, and where the elephants are bathing twice a day. Besides, easy to get to a sri Lankan zoo.

Small hotel with an exceptional service. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and good location, a short way from everywhere. Walking distance to gift shops and a local store across the street.

Make sure you stay in the suite with a spectacular view. The breakfast is exceptionally nice, and the location is MAGNIFICENT near the river where the elephants are bathed, Sigiriya, and attractions bathers elephant.

Full size breakfast, variety of meals. Good and perfect location next to the restaurant, good for visiting Pinnawala.

The restaurant was good for dinner, we ordered delicious dishes. We had views of the river.

Very unique views were a bonus.

The location was exceptionally nice - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. It took only 5 minutes to walk to pinnawala bus stop. The staff was helpful and attentive. The breakfast had a good choice of food, including good coffee and toast.

The staff members were all best and helpful.

I appreciated the breakfast, it was full size with European cuisine and a magic view and western food, had everything could need. The hotel had indeed a perfect and best possible location in the area in the evening.

It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room with the view of elephants, a beautiful terrace and that went well. Really enjoyed modern design.

The staff were not always friendly, didn't expect that coming.

Relaxing and fairly clean place, competent and patient staff especially the House keeping Manager. Local meals with complimentary drinks. Best possible and perfectly comfortable location by picturesque greenery, clean pool. And close enough to the restaurant, coconut forest and river right infront, and the river at 2 to 4 pm.

Reasonable base for exploring Pinnawala. Fairly clean and spacious venue with stunning views. Spacious bathroom and large room. Amazing and beautiful location in a shopping area, near the river front as well as the large Elephant Poo Paper gift shops. Besides, excellent for visiting a Dehiwala zoo.

The service was excellent during all my absolutely amazing stay. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, perfectly fine all the time. The hotel was in an amazing location, in the floated river.
